We accept the following items for buy back:

  • Luxury handbags, wallets, and accessories purchased from FFS LUXE
  • Items in good condition, with no significant damage or alterations (beyond normal wear and tear).
  • Items with original proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) from FFS LUXE.

2. Non-Eligible Items

We do not accept the following items for buy back:

  • Promotional or discounted items marked as “Promo Sale” or explicitly excluded from the Buy Back program at the time of purchase.
  • Items that have been extensively damaged, altered, or repaired by third parties.
  • Counterfeit or inauthentic items.
  • Items missing essential components, such as authenticity cards, dust bags, or key accessories (if originally included).

3. Buy Back Evaluation Process

  1. Inspection: All items must undergo a thorough evaluation by our team to assess their condition, authenticity, and current market value.
  2. Offer: Based on the evaluation, we will provide a buy back price. This price will reflect the item's condition, brand value, and market demand.
  3. Acceptance: Once the offer is accepted by you, the item will officially become FFS LUXE’s property, and payment will be processed.

Note: The evaluation and offer process typically takes 3-5 business days after we receive the item.

  • Buy back payments will be made via bank transfer or issued as store credit, depending on your preference.
  • Store credit may include an additional bonus percentage to encourage future purchases.
  • Payments are processed within 7 business days after the offer is accepted.

  • Items sent for evaluation must be delivered to our store or shipped at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking.
  • If you decline the buy back offer, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
