  • Malaysia: Covers Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.
  • International Shipping: Singapore or other countries.

2. Processing Time and Shipping Procedure

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 working days after payment is confirmed.
  • Shipments are handled by GDex Courier Services, and the shipping date is determined once GDex personnel pick up the package from us.
    • Peninsular Malaysia: Delivery takes 1-2 working days.
    • East Malaysia: Delivery takes 4-5 working days.
  • International Shipping: Delivery is estimated at 7-10 working days after dispatch, depending on customs processing times.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Malaysia: Free shipping across all states.
  • International Shipping: Fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package. Please contact us for detailed information.

4. Package Tracking

  • After payment confirmation, we will provide the tracking number and GDex tracking link via email or SMS.
  • Customers can use this information to monitor the real-time status of their shipment.
  • If you do not receive tracking information, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

5. Self-Pickup Option

For customers in Penang, we offer a self-pickup service.

  • Reservation Requirement: Self-pickup must be scheduled in advance. Our team will confirm your appointment before the pickup.

  • Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package encounters delays, gets lost, or is damaged during transit, please contact us promptly:

  • Delays and Lost Packages: We will coordinate with GDex to investigate and resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Packages: Report any damage within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please include photos of the damage to expedite processing.

7. Customs Duties and Taxes for International Orders

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the shipping fees.

8. Undeliverable Packages
